Update objects and dependency for Pipeline as a code flow

      Octane plugin was crashing because of incompatability of pipeline as a code dependecy in the plugin 

      <groupId>org.jenkins-ci.plugins.pipeline-stage-view</groupId>
      <artifactId>pipeline-rest-api</artifactId>

      the dependency was upgraded to 2.10
