In JENKINS-50616 and previous issues we reported several JEP-200 regressions in the plugin. The fixes are proposed in https://github.com/jenkinsci/ruby-runtime-plugin/pull/6 and in https://github.com/jenkinsci/ruby-runtime-plugin/pull/5, but we cannot really proceed with that due to the plugin codebase splitbrain (see the linked discussions).

A maintainer is neede d to resolve the issues and to integrate the changes properly
