This requirement makes sense, but it will not be easy.
SVConfigurator is able to export one or all services.
Export of services defined by project file has 2 steps:
  1) getting list of services from project file
  2) exporting all services one by one.

And it is not able to merge services from one project into one folder in two separate SVConfigurator calls.

It needs to add ability of SVConfigurator to export services by project (as in Jenkins plugin) or accept multiple services to export command.
