IRC plugin not showing up in /configure

      irc version 2.1
      hudson 1.338
      im version 1.4

      irc is working in projects but the global config for it isn't visible, nothing obvious gets logged.

          upgraded hudson, irc stopped working, upgraded irc & im, hudson stopped starting up, removed irc & im and the irc configuration xml, hudson loaded but didn't load half my jobs, removed irc config from them - so no irc traces that I could find, installed irc and im again, configured irc up (it showed up at the start), reswtarted to be sure, and irc config options dissappeared.

          I cannot reproduce it.
          Can you send me your hudson.plugins.ircbot.IrcPublisher.xml file (either attach it here or send it to kutzi@gmx.de)? Obviously, you'll want to mask the <password> element first.

          BTW: from which versions of Hudson, IM-plugin, IRC-plugin did you update?

          Workaround from bgleonard:
          "I resolved issue 5128 for myself by disabling the plugin from within the file hudson.plugins.ircbot.IrcPublisher.xml and restarting Hudson. Afterwards the IRC Configuration appeared unchecked on the Manage Hudson page where I was able to enable it. "
