Comb through text in base Jenkins and complete changes of "slave" to "agent"

    Description

      This ticket tracks the work to do another pass in Jenkins (sans plugins) and to rename all instances of "slave" to "agent." These issues are currently in comments and tests.

            Initially implemented towards 2.0 but then the effort didn't progress well. JENKINS-42816 tracks most of the known specific issues.

            https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/3456 has addressed some use-cases, but not all of them. I will move the issue back to the open state so that anybody else can work on the remaining changes
