          I can not create subtasks so I will create independent tickets for needed tasks and link here (and in the quality bar itself)

          I am keeping batmat as the assigned person here as he has stated he wants to be the one for tracking purposes.

          Just reviewed the quality bar wiki page and it looks good to me from a high-level Pov.
          rarabaolaza how do you recommend moving forward JENKINS-51448? Is this something you can help providing some process to refining/defining those P1?
