Scripts not permitted error when using createReviewRequests()

      When using createReviewRequests I get:

      Scripts not permitted to use method
groovy.lang.GroovyObject invokeMethod java.lang.String java.lang.Object
(org.jenkinsci.plugins.pipeline.github.PullRequestGroovyObject createReviewRequests java.lang.String java.lang.String).
