      Java 1.8_171
      Jenkins - New Install 2.121.1
      Chrome 67

      • Issue: 
        • Installed new Jenkins Version on a clean OS
        • Installed "recommended" plug-ins
        • After installation navigated to the Configuration Screen, and no matter what changes I entered, I received an error message via the browser "TypeError" e.getAttribute not a function" "Form Not Saved"

      • Impact: Cannot begin to configure Jenkins environment as desired / needed.
      • Additional info: 
        • The issue only seems to impact Google Chrome. Confirmed 6/18 that I can use FireFox to utilize my Jenkins instance.
        • Attempted to search for other / common issues online and have found a number of them open / unresolved since 2013, and have no current info on how to resolve, and am seeking assistance / insights.
