  • Redirect to https://jenkins.io/blog/2018/06/17/running-jenkins-with-java10-11/ would be a good start
• Update Java-related startup log messages in order to reference this redirect (Extras Executable WAR, Main.java)
  • The log can just include the redirect link

The patch is simple, it can be submitted without a core testing
