Core CD - Commits in GitHub: Incrementals Update Status points to the CLI package instead of WAR

      When I click on the Incrementals status, links like https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/incrementals/org/jenkins-ci/main/cli/2.129-rc15783.0ebb792a91bb/ open. I would expect to see a link for the jenkins-war module since it's the most useful for users

          When a multimodule projects deploys multiple POMs, the incrementals-publisher just picks one to display in the status link. It has no way of knowing which is most interesting.
