Dockerfile is not in sync with current image name

      The Dockerfile is still using jenkins image, which is now deprecated. Recent tags (versions) are not available on this image.

      In the meantime, we could update the image to use plugins/active.txt file rather than listing all the plugins to download. We can use install-plugins.sh script, which is inside the jenkins/jenkins image.

          schristou teilo I had to remove the pinned notation from the code to make this work. Please tell me how it is important to have the pinned notation? And what would be the not-deprecated method to use then?
