It would be nice if it was possible to attach links to artifacts in artifactory even if the publish has been done via other means (for example artifactory-maven-plugin).

The most general way would probably to allow the creation of a BuildInfo instance from a properties file and then to allow the creation and attachment of BuildInfoResultActions from BuildInfos.

Usecase:

Our deployments are preconfigured in maven but it would be still nice to have links inside Jenkins to Artifactory.
