After upgrading plugins, "Restarting Jenkins" hangs

      Hi.

       

      I'm running Jenkins ver. 2.129 on my Debian server. Whenever I go to https://jenkins.example.com/updateCenter/ to upgrade the plugins, and make sure I check the "Restart Jenkins when installation is complete and no jobs are running", the "Restarting Jenkins" step hangs indefinitely.

      I haven't found anything in jenkins.log that seems related to this issue.
