Allow the LDAP plugin to disable group lookup entirely

      Issue:

      Our LDAP/AD group is full of too many users and it causes a performance issue when trying to load the group page and to grab what groups a user belongs to

      Suggestion:

      Would it be possible to have an option to completely remove the group lookup and just to a auth check to see if they are in the LDAP/AD?
