SafeTimerTask excessive logging

      The SafeTimerTask does excessive logging if it is not explicitly configured via the new sytem property. I get a log entry every 2 seconds:

      Jul 02, 2018 1:26:20 PMĀ CONFIGĀ jenkins.util.SystemPropertiesProperty (not found): hudson.triggers.SafeTimeJENKINS-50291rTask.logsTargetDir => null

      The new property was introduced in 2.116 (JIRA: JENKINS-50291)
