Package agent JAR as Docker image and publish to DockerHub

      • Create infra ticket in order to have DockerHub repository with automatic build.
      • 2 options:
        • Have a Dockerfile in the root of remoting-kafka-plugin (support continuous delivery).
        • Keep Dockerfile in directory, download binary from maven repo.
