Hello,

When executing a single Ranorex test the module is not launched.

      In Jenkins console there is

[Info ][Application]: Run application 'C:\Windows\explorer.exe' with arguments '"C:\"' in normal mode.
[Info ][Mouse]: Mouse Left DoubleClick item 'Something' at Center.

But it's not going further since module has not started and the application was not run.

I don't want to use the Ranorex plugin.

Does someone one why it does this ?

      Thank you

Please enable the summary output of the Ranorex plug-in (in the jenkins settings) and post the full console ouput here. Thanks

I'll be able to post it on monday.

To be clear, I am running a python script with Jenkins. This script runs a Ranorex test and other things.

Is it necessary to have the Ranorex Integration Plugin in this configuration ?

Joris, I am afraid your issue is not really related to this plug-in, since you are not using the integration. Please check out the Ranorex User Guide/Blog about Jenkins integration

I'm assuming your instance of Jenkins does not have the required permissions to interact with the GUI of your SUT.

Not related to the plug-in since it is not even in use

You were right, Jenkins service didn't have enough permissions.

          Thank you
