Octane UFT test integration - updated UFT test in git is not updated in Octane

      defect #684021

      updated UFT test in git is not updated in Octane because ci/cd role cannot check OCtane version (its required to know if octane support UFT test rename).

      The fix should handle case that we failed to check Octane Version.

       

      The bug is critical because all changeset updates in Jenkins is not propogated to Octane.
