      When viewing the details in the PyLint Warnings, I am unable to click links to get to the actual code line. If I am logged in there is a link and allows me to click the file name and go to the code and view it.

          Actually this is a security setting that should have been implemented by all Jenkins plugins.

          However, I discussed this topic quite some time ago on the dev list and we could not agree on a behavior that should be implemented by all plugins. So I already removed the permission check in the development branch.
