Do any one has any clue on the issue and how i can rectify this issue ,I have upgraded the jenkins version too for the environment but still the issue persists and no other functionalities got issues with that only having issues in system configuration.

Can you provide a numbered series of steps that will show the problem outside your environment?

I see no hints in the description or in the screenshots that indicate the problem is related to the git plugin. One of the screenshots mentions "svn", but there is no mention of "git". Removing the git plugin as a component.

Removing myself as assignee. My current work assignments do not provide sufficient bandwidth to review these issues and in the majority of cases I am only assigned by virtue of being the default assignee. For the credentials-api and scm-api related plugins I have permission to allocate time reviewing changes to these APIs themselves to ensure these APIs remain cohesive, but that can be handled through PR reviews rather than assigning issues in JIRA
