Automatic removal of orphaned jobs (DELETE old jobs instead of IGNORE) seems to work beautifully, but it looks like there is no equivalent functionality for Folders. Any chance of adding an option to remove orphaned folders as well?

Obvious question - what if the folder is not empty? For my use case it's actually acceptable (though not essential) for it to be deleted anyway, but maybe you'd like to be more conservative.
