Joda time class not found exception in git plugin changeset calculation

      - Git bitbacket server
      - Jenkins ver. 2.89.4
      - Windows server 2012
      - Weblogic
      - Java 8

      This problem is occurring occasionally when I use the Git. Before i use svn no have the problem.

      I tried the find many solution but not resolve.
