menu-button-arrow.png overlaps the credentials "Add" button text

      The Credentials "Add" button overlaps the menu-button-arrow.png as seen in the screenshot.

      There are a couple of defects JENKINS-42599 and JENKINS-49645 which raise issues with the "Add" button but not specifically the UI overlap issue.
