      Description

      From rsandell, we basically need a means of supporting the agent

      { docker }

      syntax within Evergreen.

      I believe the solution is going to require two changes:

      • A different agent image being configured for the Docker plugin, one which contains the docker CLI
      • Configure the docker plugin to properly map through the /var/run/docker.sock

            I assume that dockerNode works in Declarative, that's a prerequisite here
