Support JCasC in Config File Provider Plugin

    • Config File Provider 3.3

      Currently it's not possible to configure the Config File Provider Plugin with Jenkins Configuration as Code.

      I already written some code for that in the JCasC project https://github.com/jenkinsci/configuration-as-code-plugin/pull/477

      Because of the roadmap to bring all the custom configurations to the target plugins, oleg_nenashev suggested to create an issue for that.
