    Description

      Plugin usage only reports last job where job has duplicate names

      This is a problem if you have two jobs with same name in different folders.

      Steps to recreate:
      Add plugins, Create folder structure (admin/Verify)

      Inside folder, create a job "Job1", with a plugin.

      Check Plugin Usage.

      Only see: Job1

      Should see: admin/Verify/Job1

      Note: This problem is broken out from JENKINS-53267
