Remove AWS flavor plugins from essentials.yaml's spec.plugins

      I think this was noticed first by jglick a few days ago. Didn't take time to check this until today, we have to remove the AWS-based plugins for the list of always installed plugins so that those are only installed when running the AWS flavor.
