I login to my Bitbucket cloud with an app password, give it full read access to everything. The "Projects" show up, which we actually don't have projects, I'm assuming these are actually Teams. One of them is my account and the other is the actual Team I'm on.

I select the Team and no repositories are found. I'm guessing it's because we don't use Projects in Bitbucket cloud.

The report-info-plugin does not deals with Bitbucket cloud. It parses some xml and display them above the jobs list (ListView).

When you use the List View instead of the Report Info, do you have the issue? (see https://plugins.jenkins.io/report-info Create a new ReportInfo view)

If it is the case, the plugin may need an upgrade to a more recent vesion of Jenkins.
