Executor#doStop() operation and ProcessKiller termination should have access to the Run's TaskListener instance

      Follow-up to https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/3414#issuecomment-417659656 

      In the current API and logic implementation, ProcessTable and Executor instances do not have a way to send messages to Jenkins build logs in the case of particular events like task termination.

      It would be great to somehow expand APIs so that it becomes possible.
