As a developer, I need a way to check the version that is deployed at https://evergreen.jenkins.io/
To be able to know if I can expect features or bugs to be present yet or not

The version to be expected is described in the jenkins-infra hieradata: https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins-infra/blob/staging/hieradata/common.yaml#L351 but it would be nice to have an easy in the app itself to check the version is actually the one we think.
