findbugs report calculator show difference between 2 identical builds

      Solaris 10,Glassfish v2, hudson 1.336, findbugs 4.0

      I have started two builds after each other. The source and build configuration has not changed yet findbugs reported changes in the issues.

      first build reported: FindBugs: 3,231 warnings in 40 FindBugs files
      Second build:

      FindBugs: 3,231 warnings in 40 FindBugs files.

      • 3,231 new warnings
      • 3,231 fixed warnings

      Maybe it is related to JENKINS-2968 ?
