Not able to manually provision nodes from secondly defined cloud

      After update from 2.37 to 2.40 provisioning mechanism is bugged.

      I have two clouds defined in main configuration, lets say these are A and B. On Jenkins "/computer" view I can see both clouds with proper names (provision button). However when I try to provision instance manually I can do it only for cloud A, when I click on cloud B - list of templates defined for cloud A appears.
