Using Proc cleaner as a post build step in parallel building doesn't work because it declares BuildStepMonitor.STEP isolation, so parallel builds are blocked by CheckPoint.

This plugin doesn't need such an isolation as it is aware parallel builds can occur on the same node and handle that case correctly by itself.
