Configuration for "Add timestamp to JIRA comments" not observed/remembered

      Under Manage Jenkins > Configure System > JIRA sites I have Add timestamp to JIRA comments enabled

      For the next (couple?) of builds, I do get the timestamp in the JIRA comment, but eventually they stop being added and when I go back to Configure System I see that the checkbox is now unticked

      Worked fine prior to upgrade to latest Jenkins + this plugin
