JIRA Plugin in multibranch pipeline showing all previous build tickets also in current build changes

In multibranch pipeline for develop branch, each build should show just the Jira tickets which were linked to that particular scm changes instead it shows the whole list of Jira tickets from previous build. The new changes keep on appending to the end of list, so the list keeps on updating and increasing for every build.
