The indentation off f:optionalBlock related to f:checkbox is off by, which can be fixed by creating your own checkbox and padding it with 36px.

But when you click the optional block it also moves the checkbox location, because the checkbox and the optionalBlock share the same CSS class named "settings-name" which gets expanded.
