Jenkins | Configure System | Extended E-mail Notification is missing an option to set default setting for "Attach Build Log" option.

When adding email-ext plugin step to a job, final configuration is "Attach Build Log"

Options include:

• Do Not Attach Build Log (default)
• Attach Build Log
• Compress and Attach Build Log

There should exist a configuration setting to set an alternate default globally.

Not evident if this exists as a scripted option either (did not look too hard).
