Adding a new configuration to the azure-vm-agents-plugin to enable MSI

    • 0.7.4

Adding a new configuration to the azure-vm-agents-plugin that can be modified when a VM is deployed.

The new configuration should provide us the ability to enable MSI (in azure portal it is under "settings" -> "Identity (Preview)" -> "status") - a screenshot is attached.

Hi tomganor, I think system assigned managed identity should be enough, is there any cases you need user assigned managed identities?
