          Root issue is CasC can't introspect "targets" type with non parameterized List argument to setTarget.

          proposed a potential fix here : https://github.com/jenkinsci/influxdb-plugin/pull/51

          need concrete testing

          note: Plugin hasn't a Jenkinsfile to enable CI
