SV needs to change code strucutre

      All files the solely under the responsibility of SV should be moved under their own folder named "sv".

          All internal classes have been moved in version 5.8.

          Remaining classes are used for serialization and cannot be simply moved without breaking backward compatibility.
          However, it should be doable as it is described here: https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Hint+on+retaining+backward+compatibility#Hintonretainingbackwardcompatibility-Scenarion:renameormovethedescriptorclassofaplugin
