[JENKINS-54000] Support for Taglist Maven Plugin

This is something we can do natively using the Task Scanner plug-in

Oh I know, already using that plug in.  The reasons for the request is to avoid duplicating of configuration, Nice to only need to specify what the tags are in one spot, the pom.

 

And admittedly I haven't looked at v5 yet, But would this be needed to include the tags/tags into the aggregate count of issues as it works currently since the Static Analysis Collector Plugin is end-of-lifed?
