All projects have a link to documentation with the name "javadoc". We use hudson
to build lots of C++ projects, and the documentation is generated with doxygen,
so the name is missleading. Just calling it "Documentation" would be sufficient.

          [JENKINS-543] Rename "Javadoc" link

I guess I should be able to have Hudson check what kind of documentation it is
archiving, and adjust the caption accordingly.

This is a bit of stretch since you are using javadoc archiving feature for
something else, but I made the change in 1.106 so that if it's archiving
something other than javadoc it changes the text to "Document".
