Currently there may be conflicting dependencies in Jenkinsfile Runner, but it is not really checked. It would be great if JFR is updated to the default Jenkins parent POM with Maven Enforcer

This is about the Jenkinsfile runner code base pom, not the CWP one

It is expected that after enabling it, there will be incompatibilities. It's part of this task to fix those
