<scm> tag not exported by xml API

    Description

      <scm> tag contents is empty when exported via XML API. Using URL:

      <Hudson base URL>/job/<job>/api/xml

      Got only <scm/>

      Source Code Management section is not empty (see screenshot attached). Hudson version is Hudson ver. 1.341
