consider adding pipeline-maven to essentials

      Please consider adding the pipeline-maven plugin to essentials. You already provide the config-file-provider plugin -  the pipeline-maven plugin eases the use of settings.xml provided by the config-file-provider plugin a lot.

          My personal opinion of the pipeline-maven plugin is very very low unfortunately. I've always thought it makes more sense as a shared library, and is not worth the security vulnerability attack surface area it adds to Jenkins.

          With regards to the config-file-provider, that is pulled in as a transitive dependency for what it's worth.
