Right now it is possible to set a maximum amount of concurrently executed builds and to prevent the execution of builds with identical parameters.

It would be nice to also be able to set a maximum amount of concurrently executed builds with identical parameters.

This can be useful in cases where you just want to limit the amount of builds with identical parameters while still allowing some parallelization.
