We have a Multibranch Pipeline (using subversion).

We have branches which have been removed (or renamed) in subversion.

These branches had builds in Jenkins Multibranch Pipeline.

The Pipelines for these branches are now marked as "disabled" (since they no longer exists in our SCM).

The Pipelines have one or multiple builds which are marked as "Keep forever" (keepLog: true)

When we try to "Delete Pipeline" on these Pipelines, it succeeds without any error or warning that some builds are marked to be kept forever.

I am not sure whether this is a Pipeline, Pipeline: Multibranch, Branch API or any other Plugin issue.
