Add a shutdown link to "Manage hudson" panel

      It's possible to trigger Hudson shutdown by visiting http://server/hudson/exit while being logged as a user with necessary admin privileges. It seems that there's no link to this location from the "Manage Hudson" panel - one can only click "Prepare for Shutdown", but not shutdown.

      As to the location of the shutdown link, I think the user would expect it to be at the bottom, below the "Prepare for Shutdown" which is the last one currently.

          Please include an "are you sure?" button that provides a list of currently running jobs and their time to expected completion.

          There could also be a restart-link calling http://[hudson-server]/restart.

          Jenkins is a server application, so shutting down isn't usually done. Which is also reflected in the interest in this issue in 4+ years.

          That said, this can easily be done in a plugin like the following, which links to the /restart URL:
