add gerrit code review as a scm tool

      Is it possible to also integrate "gerrit code review server" as a SCM tool to create a new pipeline.

      The new plugin "gerrit-code-review" is working with multibranch pipelines.

      With this plugin there should also appear a new tab side by side with the "Branch" Tab called "Changes" to view all open changes from a gerrit git server.
