I have a project in Gitlab, which i want to trigger the Jenkins job after every successful pipeline. Also i want to send the status of the Jenkins job back to my gitlab plugin and for this purpose i'm using the "Publish build status to Gitlab". This option adds the "external" stage in gitlab pipeline.

But the problem is, that if your Jenkins job is successful, the "external" stage becomes successful too and triggers the same job in jenkins, cause the pipeline success event was created again. 

So this loop never ends.
